We introduced our Faces of Customer Experience series in April 2014, and we’ve had the privilege of meeting and sharing the stories of a number of wonderful customer-facing professionals. Their histories and influences, such as mentors, Italian restaurants and books have something to teach us all.

Meet Joey Decaminada! – His mentor and personal trainer has taught him to have genuine care, concern and interest in his client.
Meet Jess Greene-Pierson! – Learned in her first job at an Italian restaurant that the details add up for a big impact on the customer experience.
Meet Richard Shapiro! – As President of The Center For Client Retention, he works with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses to help them improve customer experience.
Meet Ali Banks! – Ali found her true passion in the kitchen and now on a boat off the coast of Alaska.

Meet David Janusz! – From paper boy to program coordinator for the city of Sherwood, Oregon, he uses the principle in Kung Fu to help his customers.
Meet Sean Hawkins! – A customer experience and contact center manager with over 15 years of customer service experience.
Meet Becky Lollar! – One trip to Walt Disney World and she was hooked. She now represents Magic Travel to plan clients’ Disney Vacations.
