Why this Guide?
We believe this is a first-ever attempt to catalog customer service and customer experience higher education programs in the United States. Our goal is to help shine a light on those higher learning institutions that are at the forefront customer service and customer experience education and to help those interested in pursuing more advanced education in the field to easily find what is available in the current marketplace.
Check out our press release for more information on why we created this guide.
Despite its title, this guide covers both customer service and customer experience certificate and degree programs. We have included every program we could find that related to a degree or certificate in customer service, customer experience, or a directly related sub-topic such as customer relationship management in the tables below.
We do not charge institutions to be a part of this guide or to have a dedicated page; this resource is provided free of charge to help those seeking higher education in the areas of customer service and customer experience.
Important Notes on this Guide
This guide includes both customer service and customer experience programs…
- If you see a link marked “Go” in the column marked “Page,” you can use that to view the detailed page for that program. This means the institution provided us up-to-date information on their program. We will be working to get more institutions to participate now that the program is live.
- Information was based on research of publicly available information. Best efforts were made to verify information with the institutions themselves.
Is Your Program Missing?
Please contact us if your program is not listed or contains inaccurate information. We would love to include you and even give you your own dedicated page where you can explain your program in detail.
