Some other highlights of Adam’s conversation with Denise are…

  • The importance of having an authentic brand,

  1. Adam, interviewing Denise was a great decision; she makes you look good as well. 🙂 Denise is among the best speakers and among the few that really understands the connection between brand, CX and culture of everyday and how complex can be to get those things done as well synchronized in the real practical world! She is a global top speaker not just national as you mention, and apologizes for correct you. Her books are really well written and of tremendous real add value, and the same applies for her articles. A person of deep context and content with amazing personal grace, good and most important real humble, what makes her special in our complex days. She creates always, quality in brands, book, articles and in her new book Fusion, all of her special characteristics are condensed, highlighting her amazing honest personality, knowledge, and book. Which helps readers to execute, Fusion and also her previous books are far beyond the typical theory. Practically, direction and clear purpose differentiate her, beside that she is super nice, super humble, reliable and someone that I really enjoy to talk with, read and see. She is among few in the #CX world that really knows to get things done beyond theory and thought leadership. Great choice Adam! You got many kudos today with your individual show 🙂 Have a great week best regards Ricardo
