Our New Customer Service Guest Post Program

Orange man wants you!

That’s right, we are actively seeking guest posters to contribute high quality content here at Customers That Stick.

Customers That Stick Guest Post ProgramHistorically, we have not run many guest posts. The few we have published have been written by people we know very well.

We’ve had a number of reasons for this, but the primary reason has been that we have not had the mechanics in place to work with guest posters on a regular basis. Managing guest posts takes time, and guest posters deserve a level of clarity and attention that we were not set up to provide.

But today, we are changing that.

While CTS will primarily remain a single author blog, we would like to increase the diversity of perspectives in our content. Fresh voices are a good thing; different ways of viewing a topic create better discussions.

So, we have created a Write For CTS page that tells prospective guest posters what we are looking for and how we can successfully work together.

This is a new venture for us, so we welcome any feedback and, of course, any interest you have in offering your unique perspective here at CTS.

Check out our customer service guest post page, and let us know what you think!

    Hey Adam,

Love that you are opening the door. Maybe just enough that I can jam my foot in (wink). I am excited to see what you get. You blog has become on of my go to places for great ideas and I actually used some of your content to develop a presentation to my team on enhancing the service levels to our national client.

So thanks, Adam. Appreciate your dedication to this subject.

That’s awesome Ralph! Thank you for the kind words. I would love to hear what material you used with your team sometime.

The door’s not cracked; it’s wide open for you. Check out the GP page, and let us know when you’re ready. We would love to have you GP, and I think something from your industry would be new ground for CTS (not to box you in topically, just a thought).
