With interviews and insights from a wide range of experts in the field, Crack the Customer Code explored both timely and timeless topics.
Launched in 2014, Crack the Customer Code was one of the earliest podcasts in the customer experience space and was regularly ranked as a top customer experience podcast.
After a glorious eight-year run, Jeannie and Adam published the final episode of the podcast, #500, in November of 2022.
